Fairly Staffing is an on-demand platform that instantly connects dental clinics to temporary dental professionals to cover shifts, protect revenue, and reduce cancellations while saving time, money, and resources.

Fairly Staffing is a mobile & web based application. Dental hygienists, assistants, receptionists, and sterilization technicians can download our mobile app to pick up shifts. Clinics can download our mobile app or use our web app to post shifts that they require covered by a dental professional. Our temps will receive notification of the shift and interested temps can apply. The clinic can then choose the applicant they prefer.

You can download our mobile app by searching "Fairly Staffing - For Clinics" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and create an account or sign up by clicking here. Once you sign up, we'll review your information and typically verify your account within an hour. After your account is verified, you'll be prompted to add a credit card and some basic details about your clinic. Once those are set up, you'll be ready to start posting shifts.

As a temp, you can join Fairly Staffing by heading to the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store and searching for “Fairly Staffing - For Temps”. Once you download our app, go through the onboarding process and we'll verify your account. You'll also need to add your banking information and upload identity documents for identity verification in order to set up Fairly Payments. Read more here about Fairly Payments. Overall, it's a simple process that doesn't take too long.

Clinics choose both the payment method and the payment frequency. For payment methods, options include Fairly Payments, email transfer, cheque, or direct deposit. For payment frequency, clinics can select same day, weekly, or every second week.

We charge a $52 per shift regardless of the shift duration (minimum of 3 hours) or role type. We only charge our fee after the shift is over - it's free to post as many shifts as you want. If you don't hire anyone or the shift does not occur, we don't charge our fee. The only exception to this is if you cancel the shift with less than 24 hours' notice before it starts - in that case, we charge our $52 per shift fee.

Our placement fee is automatically charged to the credit card you must add before you can begin posting shifts. We only charge our fee after the shift ends (unless you cancel the shift with less than 24 hours' notice before it starts, in which case we charge our fee). To pay the temp, you can either use Fairly Payments, our secure and convenient in-app payment system, or pay off-platform via the payment method of your choice (i.e. cheque, e-Transfer, direct deposit).

Create your account by clicking here or by downloading our app ("Fairly Staffing - For Clinics" in the app store on your mobile device), we'll quickly verify your information and then you can start creating shifts from your dashboard once you add a credit card. Simply pick the time, date and role you want covered and provide some basic information about your clinic to share with the temp.

Each temp goes through a rigorous verification process, which includes: submission of a valid practice permit by the temp; cross-referencing with regulatory body databases to confirm license authenticity; identity verification using official documents and liveness checks; and screening for fraudulent identification through database cross-checks. Only once the verification process is complete can the temp view and apply for shifts.
