Fairly Staffing is an on-demand platform that instantly connects clinics to temporary dental professionals to cover shifts, protect revenue, and reduce cancellations while saving time, money, and resources. 

Fairly Staffing is a mobile & web based application. Dental hygienists, assistants, receptionists, and sterilization technicians can download our mobile app to pick up shifts. Clinics can post shifts that they required covered by a dental professional to our platform. Our temps will receive notification of the shift and interested temps can apply. The clinic can then choose the applicant they prefer.

As a temp, you can join Fairly Staffing by heading to the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store and searching for “Fairly Staffing”. Once you download our app, fill out the onboarding form and we'll reach out to verify you. It's a simple process that doesn't take too long.

Temps get paid via email transfer or cheque, depending on the clinic's preference. Clinics also decide the time period for payment (same day, weekly, every second week).

We charge a $52 flat per placement fee regardless of the shift duration (minimum of 3 hours) or role type.

Clinics pay our fee via the secured and encrypted payment gateway system known as Stripe. We charge your credit card and take payment automatically at the completion of each shift. Please visit their website for more information. Temp payments are made via cheque or email transfer directly to the temp.

Fairly Staffing screens applicants by their current registration, work experience, and our built in review system. We also reach out to each applicant for a brief interview.
